What Was Assessed

A seven-agent AI architecture built to optimize industrial aluminium anodising in real time — reviewed independently on technical credibility, workflow fit, deployment readiness, risk management, and commercial impact.

Quality Conformance

Up to 96.5% quality conformance in validated simulation, up from an industry baseline of roughly 32% — a 200%+ improvement, statistically significant at p < 0.001.

Energy Reduction

Energy consumption reduced by 28–39% depending on alloy type, cutting cost and carbon footprint without compromising coating quality.

Zero Safety Violations

All outputs validated against ASTM B580 Type II compliance standards, with zero safety violations across every tested configuration.

Assessor Feedback, In Their Words

Selected extracts from the written feedback of the three independent assessors who reviewed our application.

Assessor 1 — Novelty & Opportunity

“The case presented by the applicant is very strong in terms of novelty and the evidence presented to underpin the case is convincing with regard to the scale of opportunity and considerable benefit.”

Assessor 2 — Technical Merit

“The project has high technical merit and shows strong domain expertise and methodology. The value proposition is clear and quantified.”

Assessor 3 — Industry Value

“An AI implementation with significant potential to augment and benefit the industrial process of alloy anodisation; both for small job-shops and for large industrial providers… a well considered approach, showcasing good maturity and user value.”
Where we are today: as the assessors noted, validation is currently performed in simulation only, and closing the simulation-to-reality gap is the key next step. This system has been validated at TRL4 — extensively tested and statistically proven in physics-based digital twin simulation (2,000+ simulated parts), but not yet deployed on physical production equipment. Our roadmap moves through shadow-mode validation and a closed-loop pilot before full production deployment, so results on your specific line will be confirmed through that phased process, not assumed from simulation alone.

Recognition from an independent panel matters less to us than what it represents: a rigorous, external check on whether this approach actually holds up. It does — and now we're taking it from simulation to the shop floor.
